Installation of stretch ceilings at repair and construction
Installation of stretch ceilings is simple for assemblers and is made quickly. Stretch ceilings have three basic elements: a film, a profile of PVC, a harpoon and a rigid profile from PVC or the aluminium, established on perimeter of a premise.
The profile is established on perimeter of a premise on flat or curvilinear surfaces. There is no need for additional internal systems of fastening. Profiles can be various design, except for it installation of a ceiling when profiles are completely latent is possible.
Installation of stretch ceilings in a typical room or small office borrows from two till four o'clock, depending on complexity of a premise. The quantity of corners and a configuration of a premise defines complexity of installation, and it, in turn, defines actual quantity of demanded time.
The stretch ceiling can be temporarily removed, at repeated installation the flexible surface of a ceiling completely comes back to the initial form. Tension ceilings do not demand painting and service.
The scheme of installation of stretch ceilings

Manufacture and technological features of installation of stretch ceilings

The mirror cloth is established on special technology with application of PVC of the profile having a special clip, the technology is patented by our French partners.
These complexities are caused by that the mirror cloth does not weld among themselves and it is impossible to weld a harpoon that is why installation of cloths with accurate seams is possible only at use of this special structure on it. The others of a film are established on traditional harpoon technologies, nothing differing from technology of the founder of stretch ceilings of firm «Barrisol». |
